Introducing STEM Story Kits: Book-Based STEM Activities for K-5 Students
At Bright School Kits, our mission has always been to make it easier for schools and families to get what students need. STEM Story Kits is our newest way of doing exactly that, this time, for the classroom.
What Are STEM Story Kits?
These are hands-on activity kits built around popular children’s books. Each kit pairs a story your students already love with a STEM project that brings the book to life. Kids read, then they build, experiment, or create. Learning sticks because it connects to something they care about.
Who Are They For?
STEM Story Kits are designed for K-5 students and the teachers and parents who support them. They work well as:

All you need is:
- 1 kit per child
- Minimum of 1 adult facilitator
- 1 hour start-to-finish
